As some residents may already know, there is a water main break on Snowflake Crescent.
This is being fixed today and while we hope to isolate the affected pipe, this may not be possible and we may need to shutdown the whole of the drinking water system for a portion of the day. We will take every measure to avoid this inconvenience, if possible.
In the event that we are able to isolate the affected pipe, the homes that will temporarily lose access to drinking water will be limited to all residents on Snowflake Crescent.
Work on the repair will take place within the next hour.
