Extensive damage from the storm has many power lines down. Earliest estimates to restore power are 11:59pm Nov 18th.

Planned Power Outage Nov 13th
There will be interruptions in power to Hemlock Valley on Friday, November 13th between the hours of 8am and 4:00pm. BC Hydro expects the power to be out for 2 hours. For full details see the pdf below.

Power Outage
Update: Road has been re-opened and power is expected back on by 9:30pm.
5:00 pm. A landslide and trees have taken out the power and closed the road 6km up. Hydro is responding and fire crews are on site. No ETA currently. Expect to be out of power for 2 hours minimum.
Outage update April 29th
2am. Tree on power lines at chain-up area on Hemlock Valley Road. No road access. Line Crew and EAM on site. Estimated Re-establishment 4 am.
Power Established @ 3:50am. All services operational.
