Time: All day starting at 8am
Reason for interruption: to conduct repairs to water line
Location: Eastside of Snowflake Crescent + Sakwi Creek Road from the intersection of Skyline Drive and up.
PLEASE NOTE – The outage planned for Wednesday is scheduled to last all day and will affect properties with high pressure mains.
Wednesday’s outage may extend beyond regular business hours based on findings from Monday’s assessment, please prepare accordingly.
Updates to expected length of outage will be posted to our website Monday by 12pm, once assessment is complete.
The issue has been fixed and power has been restored.
Crews have located the problem and are working on the repairs. Power should hopefully be back on in about 3 hours which should be around 12:00pm June 29 2021. We will update the website if it will take longer.
Hemlock Valley Utilities is responding to a power outage affecting some areas of the mountain. Crews and electricians are onsite assisting with the assessment. We will update the website when we have a more information on what the problem and when we expect the problem to be fixed.
There will be a planned Water Outage for Sakwi Creek Road, above Larkspur and below Snowflake Crescent and a partial water outage for Snowflake Crescent. Snowflake Crescent homes with water pressure below 60psi will experience the outage. The water outage will start at 8am and end at 4pm June 23 2021. The majority of the village will not experience a loss of water.
There will be a planned Power Outage for Wednesday June 23rd 2021. The outage will take place between 9am and 2pm. This outage will affect the majority of the village except for Snowmist Drive and Snowmist Place.
Please be advised that Hemlock Utilities is responding to a power outage affecting the mountain and residents. Crews have identified the approximate location and cause of the outage, and power will be restored by approximately 9:00 pm.
We would like to notify you that there will be a disruption in the water supply. We will have a crew performing maintenance on May 20 2021 between 9am to 6pm.
Please be aware for all new homeowner builds, there will be a increase in sewer hookup fees effective January 1, 2021. New Sewer Hook-up fees will increase to $20,000 + taxes starting in 2021.
